My name is Jessica Rios. Owner of Rios Artique. In 2023, I decided to take a leap of faith. The start of this journey was with brows. I finished my PMU (Permanent Makeup - Microshading, Microblading and Combination Brows) certificate in June 2023. Then life happened and after being in the education field (High School Spanish teacher for 4 years), I decided it was time I continued to follow the dream I had started. I left to San Antonio, and received my license as a Lash Technician in July 2024. If there is one thing that life has taught me, it’s that it is too short to wait to do something. My goal is for each one of my clients to feel welcomed, heard, understood and leave my studio with confidence. My journey has just begun.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
I understand unforeseen events happen and you may need to cancel an appointment.
I ask that you give a 24-hour notice so I can adjust my schedule to accommodate other clients.
Failure to give 24-hour notice and I am unable to fill the time slot, Rios Artique reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee to the credit card on file totaling 50% of the session. Appointment deposit will not be credited towards your next appointment.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee to book next appointment.
